The majority of the past 25 years I have been based in Hong Kong has been spent living in rented accommodation of various sizes but always it seems at the tender mercy of landlords. Recently made a decision to down-size here after establishing my main home offshore and from my initial introduction to Anthony through emails and the first round of viewing, I cannot speak highly enough of his approach and professionalism. Even though what I was looking for would not generate significant commission, he nonetheless moved matters forward with such efficiency that I was holding the keys less than 10 days after my initial contact. I was particularly impressed with his understanding and focus on delivering what I wanted as the prospective tenant in terms of rent, conditions and fittings and he duly achieved an acceptable compromise with the minimum of haggling. I would also compliment Anthony on producing a draft lease which has to be the most user-friendly I have experienced in the past 25 years.
