Job Description

The Canditate will be responsible for the daily contact with the clients and landlords.

The Major job duties will include:-
Making Cold Calls and Helping Landlords list their properties
Showing flats
Negotiate Pricing and Tems with Landlords and Clients
Assisting the prospective client enter into a legally binding sales and purchase agreement or tenancy contract
Handling of Deposits and Commissions
Provide Necessary after sales services
Actively promote the company and services
Training and Supervision of New Staff and Subordinates
